A lot of people think that a realtor is a realtor is a realtor. But the fact is, some realtors will be a good fit you and your situation, and some won't. I know personally that many of the clients I work with as a Realtor are people who I truly think I "vibe" with, which makes success in selling their home almost guaranteed. But what happens when you end up with a realtor who you don't vibe with?
You'd be surprised how often I get the question, "what does a realtor actually do?" Well... if we are doing our jobs right, we do a whole bunch, all with the goal of selling your house as fast as possible and getting you the best return. As you might imagine, there's a lot that goes into this...too much for one blog post! So let's hit the basic stuff first.
